How to merge PDF files into one
Many applications ask for all documents in a single PDF: ID proof, certificates and forms together. Merging takes less than a minute.

- Open Panna's Merge PDF tool.
- Click Select PDF files and choose all the PDFs you want to combine.
- Use the up and down arrows to set the order. The top file becomes the first pages.
- Click Merge PDF and download merged.pdf.
Tips
- Rename the merged file to something clear, such as Name_Documents.pdf, before you upload it.
- If the merged file is too big for a portal, run it through Compress PDF.
- Need to drop a page after merging? Use Remove pages or Organize PDF.

Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images keep their original quality.
Can I merge photos and PDFs together?
Convert the photos with JPG to PDF first, then merge the resulting PDF with the others.
Is there a file limit?
No fixed limit. Very large files depend only on your device's memory.
