How to sign a PDF without printing it
Printing, signing and scanning a document takes time and a printer. With Panna you can draw your signature and place it on the PDF directly.
Open the tool: Sign PDF →Step by step
- Open Panna's Sign PDF tool and select the PDF.
- Draw your signature in the signature box with your finger, stylus or mouse.
- Choose where it goes: last page, first page or every page, and the corner.
- Adjust the width slider so the signature fits the signature line.
- Click Sign PDF and download the signed file.
Tips
- Draw slowly and large. The tool trims empty space around the signature automatically.
- Click Clear to try again if the first attempt looks wrong.
- Some legal agreements need a certified digital signature (DSC) rather than a drawn signature. Check what the receiver accepts.
